Network reserves the right to refuse any job without assigning a reason therefore.

All tariffs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate - currently 17.5%.

Network reserves the right to vary its tariff without notice, unless a job has already been confirmed. This does not apply to any existing contractual obligations.

Network does not accept any responsibility or liability for delays or consequential loss, however caused.

The Network Chauffeur will decide upon the most optimal route for any journey. In the event that a client wishes to adopt an alternative route, Network will charge an additional amount to compensate for the extra time and mileage.

A cancellation charge will be levied on all cancellations made within 30 minutes of the car being dispatched. Once a car has been dispatched, the full cost of the journey between Base and the Pick-up point will be charged.

In the event of any claim against Network arising out of their performance of hire, the company's liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid by the client for the cost of the journey.
